TIme has passed...
So yeah, I haven't posted in AGES.
And this time, I really don't have an excuse o.O
I've just been stressed and busy and just plain lazy all the time. SO I'm going to have a news bulletin-type entry where I'll list everything I've been up to over the past...2 months (I feel guilty now ^^").
SO here I go:-
1. I went home for Christmas and had so So SO much fun, I really didn't want to come back to India and back to college. One of THE best vacations I've had since I started college. I ate good food, and got to sleep in, spent time at home bonding with the family, got a lotta artwork done, watched a whole bunch of Japanese dramas bringing my total count up to....10, I think? , met up with friends who I haven't seen in years (since they also had holidays around the same time) etc. etc. etc. I never really realized how much I missed them till I got to spend time with them again. It was seriously one of the hardest goodbyes I have ever had to say to my parents and sister. I cried the whole plane journey back -.-. And to take my mind off the homesickness, I watched 9 episodes of Gokusen on my iPod. It is my favourite drama to date.
2. This semester at college has SUCKED so far -.-. Why?
Well, for starters, there was this whole drama going on about us having to move hostel. Our fourth year seniors had come back from their internships and there was no place for the college to house us all. And so they found some crappy run-down building in a crappy, run-down location and tried to make us shift into it. But we protested and protested and finally it was decided that we wouldn't move. For the time being, things are settled. But our college is really gonna have to pull their socks up and sort this shit out because it is a PAIN in the butt for all of us.
And then there's the whole 'there's a thief in class' story. My hard disk, scientific calculator and money were stolen from my bag. Surprisingly enough, the thief did not take my mouse or my iPod which were also in my bag o.O. There were a couple of other instances too when money, or headphones went missing.
Also there's the whole planning for the Freshers party thing going on. tempers running high, a lotta bitchiness and arguments and people like me are just trying to blend into the background, because I hate all the drama and the noise.
Plus on top of everything, I'm homesick, every day of the week, 24/7.
I am DEFINITELY not a happy camper -.-.
3. My sister and I are attempting our first Naruto fanfiction. Well, MY first at least. She's written a couple already :P. We talk and talk and come up with a whole bunch of hilarious fanfics in our heads but when it comes to the writing part both of us are INCREDIBLY lazy ^^". But for those of you who are interested, check it out HERE and for other fanfics written by my little sister, check it out HERE.
4. I am OVERLOADED with work. I am SICK of college. I just wanna run away and join a circus :(.
5. My best friend came over to visit this weekend. It was both our birthdays last week. Mine didn't go too great. I mean, my friends threw me the now standard 'Surprise Birthday Party' and gave me the traditional birthday cake body scrub and facial They got me a LOT of food as birthday gifts, scolding me that I don't eat enough. They even colour coded XD Everything was in and around that shade of teal that I LOVE lol.
6. This weekend was fun. The funnest one I've had since this semester started, Namini came over and we just went mad. It's been over a year since I saw her. The last time we met was when she showed up at my hostel on my birthday at 3 in the morning LAST year. Best birthday surprise ever :P. We got a lot of shopping done, ate crazy-expensive-but-totally-worth-it momos and pancakes drowned in chocolate syrup and just had a great time basically :)
I have really nothing much more to say. This about sums up the last two months of my life. I'll hopefully be posting again soon. Maybe with some pics this time :)

Not a great Christmas this time...
And Yo....
So yeah, as the title says, this time Christmas was a blaugh affair for me.... It kinda rained the whole day and all I did the whole day was clean up the house, since mom was returning from India that evening. Didn't really feel like Christmas at all :/...
Now I'm just waiting for new year. The vacation started out pretty great and is still going on strong :)... Though it does get a little boring at times....and there are moments when I miss college and hostel and the crazy people I live with.
Also, I'm on my 7th Japanese drama ^^", one called Zettai Kareshi. I'm addicted, I know. But I'm watching it in small healthy doses so I don't think there's anything for me to be very worried about :P
The ones I've finished are Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge, Hana Kimi, Attention Please, Ouran Highschool Hostclub, Mei-Chan no Shitsuji and Atashinchi no Danshi :). They're all pretty good but Hana Kimi and Atashinchi no Danshi were my favourites. Always looking for more good ones to watch :) It's also helping me improve whatever grasp I have of the japanese language :D I always feel awesome when I understand what the people on the shows are saying, without me having to read the subtitles :P
Oh and I also did some sketching after a very VERY long time :)
Yeah, as you can see, I've made some amateurish attempts with watercolour and charcoal... I'm not too happy with it, but I don't think it's that bad either. Sort of Meh art :/
Oh and I am finally on Instagram... ^_^

I love these new glasses I bought :D
Plastic frames are all the rage these days... I love the red and black paint splatters on the side :
But I wish my eyes were bigger... I've been told by so many people that I look a tad South East Asian, and quite frankly I don't see it at all O.O.
But it's not like I mind or anything :)
Also, I've been taking guitar a lot more seriously recently. I figured since I have a lotta free time these hols, I might as well learn it properly, you know?
So I've learnt a few songs like Leaving on a Jet Plane-John Denver, I'm Yours-Jason Mraz, Californication-RHCP, Hero of War- Riise Against as well as a couple of Greenday songs :) Sure They're all pretty basic and easy to play...But I gotta start somewhere yeah?
And I've noticed, I've gotten better at switching chords as well as getting barre chords to actually make some sound :P.
So if anyone knows any good old songs I should learn to play, mention it in the comments pweeeez :3?
Oh and any good japanese dramas I should watch too? :P

Holidaaaaaaaaaaays......... Almost -.-
I'm SOOOOO exhausted =.=
Atleast I WAS. Now I'm sort of well rested but I'm still falling asleep all over the place. The three or so last weeks of college before the term ends are always the craziest. We go for almost two whole days without eating or sleeping properly.
Today was my Design Jury....and now I plan to go back to hostel and sleep for 15 hours straight.
By the way.... did anyone see the meteor shower last night? :)
I got dragged outta bed by a very enthusiastic roommate at FOUR in the freaking morning to go watch them. There were maybe nine of us who snuck out onto the terrace. We lay down on the floor there for almost an hour watching the skies.
It was beautiful... I saw eight shooting stars :) My first time seeing any...
Now all I have to worry about is completing fourteen sheets for my jury on Monday and I'm FREE ^^!!!
I'll be going home for a whole month of winter holidaaaays :D!
DAMN, I'm so excited :P
I'm looking forward to some real R&R after such a crazy semester.... It's been a while since I've been able to sleep peacefully without worrying about work... Man, Architecture is a really REALLY hard course.... Sometimes, I really wonder why I'm here. I'm pretty sure I won't make a good architect :/
Anyway.... I'll worry about that stuff after I graduate :P For now, all I gotta do is work for Monday and I'm done ^_^
Oh and I know I'm kinda late, But i also recently started watching Japanese dramas. I LOVE THEM ^^ \m/ :P... They're kinda like Anime only with real people. Plus it helps with my Japanese or whatever little I know of the language :P. So far I've watched Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge and Hana Kimi... And I'm halfway through Attention Please at the moment ^^"... Yeah I know, I'm kinda overdoing it....but I can't help it!!! They're ADDICTIVE!!! >.< :P

So yeah, I realised that apart from putting up photoshop edited pics, I haven't been doing much posting. And I apologise. I have got maybe a grand total of 32 hours of sleep in the last one week. It's been a bit crazy with submissions and stuff. Architecture is getting harder and harder :/
But now, I've got 9 days to breathe. I'm in Chennai for the Dussera break and instead of the usual boiling hot weather, we've got rain and mud and blaughness everywhere >.<.
I'm not much of a cold weather person, as you may have guessed -.-
So yeah, it's the holidays, but here in Chennai, I'm an outsider and not allowed to go out on my own, since I don't know the place and stuff...
But I STILL do and it's awesome :P
Nothing like getting lost by yourself in a place you don't know, where you can't even speak the local language to help you learn your way around ;)
And it's cool because I'm travelling in buses and share autos on my own (auto men in Chennai LOOT you -.-), feeling all independent and grown up, even though I'm not :P
Oh and I started drawing again ^^!!
Man, it's been a while since I did some decent sketching. Main reason being I used up my drawing book and gave it away to my little sister for her birthday, which was waaaay back in September. And I bought a new one just recently.
So i'll be posting some new sketches soon ^^
But MAN, I'm rusty :/... Just seeing the standard of my drawing now, compared to when I used to sketch regularly kinda depresses me :/
Gotta work on that :)

I'm getting addicted to Photoshop o.O. It's just so much fun. I completely lose track of time when I play around on it.The other day, 4 hours went by in 10 minutes :O.
