Public Speaking....is SCARY......
Seriously. Have you tried speaking in front of a room full of people who are all staring at you in silence and the only thing you can hear is your own breathing? It's on the top of my 'Situations I Never Want To Be In' list....and guess what? That was exactly what i was made to do today...
I think the mental trauma will last till I'm 90...
